[CMake] Resource filters in generated eclipse projects

I guess the makefile tries to regenerate the eclipse project filess, too, thus 
deleteing the filters.

Try to run cmake -G "CDt - Unix MAkefiles" to generate the eclispe files.

Then run cmake -G "Unix MAkefiles" again.
