[CMake] rpath trouble on macosx: cmake 2.8.9 ignores INSTALL_NAME_DIR and INSTALL_RPATH?

All is well.  I updated my minimal examples showing how to do it in
various worlds.

Someday I'll add a cross-platform example, too.  Maybe by then I can
