[CMake] ERROR when trying to Configure CMake

This is strange, It did not work.

I tried to set the cmake variable QT_QMAKE_EXECUTABLE to qmake.exe and the
environment variable too. It still didn't find it.

I'm following the manual to make a plugin in OpendTect software, maybe I am
getting the error before?
