[CMake] How to sign up project for public CDASH

Hello all,

I’m following the directions posted here:

I’d like to get my dashboard up on the public one:

http://open.cdash.org/index.php?project=PublicDashboard

I’ve obtained an account on CTest.

How do I register my project?
