[CMake] Eclipse: sources out of CMakeLists directory

Then I guess you can file a feature request on the CMake bug tracker.

May be giving an example of what you expect with a minimalistic
sample project would be nice.

Alex is maintaining the Eclipse generator, I think he will tell you
what he thinks about your request.
