[CMake] Difference between CMake and CVS CMake when using Bullseye

Ok, I think it is working now.

The nightly build shows coverage informations.

I extend the IF statement:

if (WITH_COVERAGE AND (CTEST_COVERAGE_COMMAND OR COV01))
