[CMake] Difference between CMake and CVS CMake when using Bullseye

Hi,

i want to try Bullseye on Windows and have CMake 2.8.12 installed.

Bullseye get called, creates the CMake.cov file in the binary folder but doesn't produce output in CDash.
I then read that this does only work when CVS CMake is used. What is the difference between these CMake versions.
