[CMake] cmake 2.8.10 broke Visual Studio 10 generator for me

So, both 2.8.9 and 2.8.10 are failing on your machine, looks like the 
same problem for each but different error messages.

Can you zip up the binary tree for each build and send it to me off the 
list?
