[CMake] Update for "How to create a ProjectConfig.cmake file"?

Hi,

Is there any more up-to-date tutorial for writing a ProjectConfig.cmake file 
than the following two?

Why I'm asking: Since 2.8.8 there is the standard module 
CMakePackageConfigHelpers. Should the tutorials be updated to use the new(ish) 
module?
