Hm, I should investigate how the CMake module determines
where to get the include files from and why it does not
find the correct one.

It is not the first strange issue I had with the
combination CMake/Cygwin - the first one had to do with
odd file permissions. I will try and investigate this
new issue. Thanks sofar.
