[CMake] newbie FindRuby.cmake win7

Thanx for your prompt reply.

In my lib I've two libraries 
libmsvcrt-ruby191-static.a and libmsvcrt-ruby191.dll.a the names look quite
strange (since in my mind it should be something without a suffix... But
Ruby installer set it in this way).

And thanx for the clue concerning the GLOB. I told you I'm a newbie ;)
