[CMake] Specify -isysroot command line option for cross-compilation for iOS

Hi

Is there a way to specify -isysroot command line option for iOS
crosscompilation without using linker flags ? I have got a toochain file
that defines a CMAKE_OSX_SYSROOT variable, but this is not picked
automatically by the compiler
