[CMake] Date issue on www.cmake.org

Hey, hey, now.


Both orderings are reasonable translations of spoken word conventions into a numerical representation. Just because we say “April 24th” rather than “24th of April” doesn’t make it idiotic...


Be nice. We’re sensitive over here.

This is the idiotic American date format which changes the direction in 
the middle of the date. It's MM.DD.YYYY.
