[CMake] "make superclean" target? (i.e. clear *everything*)

I see what you mean. The Makefile is killing itself. It is committing suicide.

Would it be a reasonable idea to delete CMakeCache.txt and maybe even
CMakeFiles but leaving Makefile intact?
