[CMake] 'NMake Makefiles' generate does not support parallel builds (/MP)?

Thanks a lot! Ninja Generator is the best choice for me.
It's works great on Linux, but has some issue for MSVC about share the
precompiled header files.
NMake works well with that.
I will look into it.
