[CMake] Reg :: Boost Build

Dear All,

I see from google there were a significant discussion with boost developers
and cmake people on migration of boost build system to cmake from jam.

- I would like to know, were there any significant development ?
- I need the CMakeList.txt for partial inclusion of boost files in my
project.
