[CMake] CMake 2.8.9 missing ProjectGUID in vcproj of VS .NET 2003

We did not change anything related to that in 2.8.9 to the best of my
knowledge...

What problem do you have now that you didn't have before?

(Can I reproduce your problem here...?)
