[CMake] cannot include .csproj with install_external_msproject

Hi,

I cannot include an external .csproj msproject (in VS2010), because cmake
uses wrong project type GUID. I have seen there already exists a bugreport
for this issue and even a patch (which was intended for 2.8.7) see
http://www.cmake.org/Bug/view.php?id=9742

Is this still intended to be implemented?
