[CMake] CMake 2.8.10 available for download

What is required to enable this when building cmake?  It does not appear 
that:

../bootstrap --prefix=/usr --datadir=/share/cmake 
--docdir=/share/doc/cmake-2.8.10 --mandir=/share/man --system-libs 
--parallel=2 --qt-gui -- -DCMAKE_USE_OPENSSL=TRUE

is sufficient.
