[CMake] CMake 2.8.9-rc1 ready for testing!

Was your source the ".zip" file by any chance? (That one intentionally
has text files with Windows-style line endings in it.)

If so, please try the ".tar.gz" file instead.

I've bootstrapped on my Mac just fine with files that have Unix-style
line endings....
