[CMake] message could not create named generator CodeBlocks -MinGW Makefiles

that part is ok.

PATH should contains path to make.exe and gcc.exe

Is make.exe  in CodeBlocks/MinGW ?
May be it is not there but in a subdirectory of CodeBlocks/MinGW?
