[CMake] different compiler for xcode

Hi,

You can change it using a toolchain file.
We use something like this:

SET(CMAKE_XCODE_ATTRIBUTE_GCC_VERSION com.foo.compilers.llvmgcc42
CACHE STRING "" FORCE)
