[CMake] Failure to create CMakeFiles/libname.dir

Yes, e.g. i386 works fine:

It seems that only the more exotic (non-Intel) ones have this issue. I
forgot to mention that mipsel and sparc have the same problem. Except
for mipsel they are all big-endian...
