[CMake] dmg CPack Options

Unfortunately this is a known but yet unresolved issue:

If you use COMPONENT packaging.
the  CPACK_INCLUDE_TOPLEVEL_DIRECTORY does not play well with this
because component install already plays (mangle) with the name of
the temporary install directory...
