[CMake] Project that compiles all the files when a single file is modified

Hi,

I've reported an issue to Ms VS 2010 developer team and they have told me
that its a corrupted project settings problem:

"since I use VS 2010 SP1, when I modify only one file of a project, then the
whole project is rebuilded. I've tried with the /Gm option and so on. I've
read about this problem in others forums but I have not fixed it. Any idea?"

VS 2010 SP1
Intel C++ Composer 12.1 XE SP1
