[CMake] Trying to rebuild cmake on windoze...

For which I needed to download the zlib dll, but when I try to fire up 
the newly build cmake 2.8.4, I get the following error:

The procedure entry point GetRunningObjectTable could not be located in 
the dynamic link library zlib1.dll

I'm using the zlib windoze build from the zlib web site.

So...  Why is this error happening.  When I configured cmake 2.8.4, I 
pointed the zlib_includ_dir and zlib_librry at the appropriate spots.  
ldd (I run cygwin as a semi-rational shell for windoze) shows that the 
loader is finding the zlib1 appropriately.
