[CMake] tests running out of order on cmake

Thank you everyone for your help.  I finally found this:

And it essentially means that both the Macports and CMake website
version of cmake (2.8.4) have this issue.  So essentially I'll have to
revert to cmake 2.6.4 from the cmake website.
