[CMake] failures on windows INSTALL target: "file INSTALL cannot copy file"

Thank you, overriding the default install prefix for cmake fixed this
for me too. Maybe this should be added to the Readme.txt as long as
there is no fix for it?

I just wonder why this does work for .cmake files but fails upon the .bat file.

Just for the record:
platform: windows 7 x64
cmake: 2.8.5
compiler: gcc/mingw
shell: default windows cmd.exe
make: gnu make 3.82 compiled with mingw on windows
