[CMake] failures on windows INSTALL target: "file INSTALL cannot copy file"

Hi!

I just compiled cmake on windows7 x64 with MinGW but the make install fails:

-- Installing: C:/Program Files
(x86)/CMake/share/cmake-2.8/Modules/SquishRunTestCase.bat
CMake Error at cmake_install.cmake:35 (FILE):
  file INSTALL cannot copy file
  "C:/source/cmake-2.8.5/Modules/SquishRunTestCase.bat" to "C:/Program Files
  (x86)/CMake/share/cmake-2.8/Modules/SquishRunTestCase.bat".

Prior the the failure, a bunch of other files (.cmake) have been
installed successfully.

Since this issue has been on the mailinglist in Feb 2010, i cc'ed
Timothy St. Clair, maybe he already found a solution for the issue.
