[CMake] Using -DOPTION="something=moof" mangles the OPTION value to "something:UNINITIALIZED=moof"

Without having tried it, I found the following:

Which seems to be exactly what I am experiencing ;) So this actually
is already fixed in cmake - and it was fixed some 19 days after 2.8.3
was released.

Shame on me (also for not digging deep enough!).
