[CMake] multiple targets depending on generated file

I think this is because I was missing some 

add_dependencies(foo dbus_interfaces_xml)

in my app, so hopefully that's resolved for me now.

Nevertheless, if this can't be fixed in CMake, the fix should be 
documented. The fix for the example in the bug report is attached.
