[CMake] Bug fix requests for the *next* release of CMake...

By the way, I have also targeted the "10 oldest still open bugs" for
this release. I am thinking most of those can simply be closed,
(they're either fixed already or irrelevant after several years have
passed) but will leave it up to the people assigned them to decide
whether they should be kept alive for a future release still.
