[CMake] CMake 2.8.3 available for download

These files all work for me, too -- I've tried them on Ubuntu systems.
I get the same md5sum that Andreas reported after downloading
cmake-2.8.3-Linux-i386.tar.gz. I downloaded with Firefox 3.6.10 on
Ubuntu 10.04. I don't know what File Roller is...

Let us know if you figure out what the culprit is here...
