[CMake] Cannot find UpdateCommand or GITCommand configuration key.

I'm willing to try anything.

Let's start from scratch.

What are the proper cmake setting I should use?

The goal:
Have a CMakeLists.txt file that will allow users to type
make Experimental
or
make Nightly

and do the right thing. Just like things worked with cvs.
