[CMake] merge request (win64 fixes)

Hi,

I just requested a merge for two fixes on gitorious:

http://gitorious.org/cmake/cmake/merge_requests/1

I hope this is  an acceptable way to communicate changes. I read this:

FYI, we publish a copy of cmake.org/cmake.git on social coding sites:

in one of Brad's emails, so, I did that :)

BTW, this will make cmake compile on mingw-w64 (the WINBOOL<->BOOL
issue<http://public.kitware.com/Bug/view.php?id=10344>has been worked
around on mingw-w64 side)
