[CMake] CTEST_CHECKOUT_COMMAND vs. CTEST_UPDATE_COMMAND

You can specify the update options.. for instance :

  CVS_UPDATE_OPTIONS:STRING=-d -A -P

similarly, there's

  SVN_UPDATE_OPTIONS
