[CMake] Can't build cmake 2.8.1 out of source

Again, it doesn't work for me.  Using bootstrap does, but I am trying to
build cmake using cmake.  It looks like the issue is that FundamentalTypes.h
is not being generated correctly.

10.3.0 Darwin Kernel Version 10.3.0: Fri Feb 26 11:57:13 PST 2010;
root:xnu-1504.3.12~1/RELEASE_X86_64 x86_64

Snow Leopard 10.6.3 running 64 bit kernel with the system compiler and cmake
2.8.1 for mac port.

Errors are below.
