I would appreciate this more, on this list, in reply to this thread, at this
time ... if it were at all clear to me that you were comparing a prior CMake
release to the currently proposed CMake 2.8.2-rc2.

Rather, it seems like you are comparing "latest" "automatic" builds of
mingw-w64 to Personal/Sezero builds of mingw-w64.

If you use CMake 2.8.2-rc2 with the Personal/Sezero builds, do you see a
difference as compared to CMake 2.8.0 or 2.8.1 with the same Personal/Sezero
builds?

If this is a mingw-w64 issue, perhaps you could raise it on their mailing
lists?
