[CMake] Running CMake from path containing non-ANSI chars

Hi there,

I can't run CMake from path containing non-ANSI chars like Korean with
blow error:

CMake Error at .../cmake-2.8.1-win32-x86/share/cmake-2.8/Modules/CMakeDetermineSystem.cmake:157
(FILE):
  file Internal CMake error when trying to open file:
  D:/.../build/CMakeFiles/CMakeOutput.log
  for writing.

Is this known, or my own issue?
