[CMake] How to add CPack component subgroups

Currently I create component groups as followed:
SET(CPACK_COMPONENT_LANGUAGEGERMAN_GROUP "Languages")
Languages
     ----- German

But how can I have Languages to be a subgroup, like in the following example?
Addons
----- Languages
            ----- German
