[CMake] Does Cmake add 'standard' include paths ?

Which version of CMake, and which version of Eclipse and CDT are you using ?

About include dirs you did not specify ?

Can you create a small example project which shows this issue ? Then I could
check whether I can reproduce it under Linux.
