[CMake] Changes from 2.4.8 to 2.6.4

Why not go directly to 2.8.2 ?
I think there are no known regressions.

No, shouldn't.
Projects which define their minimum required cmake version should also in 
newer cmake versions get the exact same behaviour as in the version they 
require, thanks to the cmake policy system.
