[CMake] ctest & peak memory usage

It's own peak memory usage, or memory usage of spawned tests?
Neither right now. It's not a bad idea... and if somebody came up with a way
to measure the quantity of interest, it would be easy to report it to CDash
as a "measured value".
But right now: nada.
