[CMake] itk in windows 7

Hello,

 

I am a beginner of ITK. Wanna know wether I can configure ITK in windows 7, bcs I use Microsoft visual studio 2010 professional, CMake 2.8.1 and InsightToolkit-3.16.0 in windows7. When I cmake the source codes, it always pop up different errors. Am I using the wrong virsion of complier or do I need other softwares like tclsh?
