[CMake] MSVC6 and MSVC9 Testing

I have MSVC9 and MSVC6 on the same machine.  I'd like to run ctest using both versions of nmake to make sure they both work.  Is there a means inside Ctest that lets me specify which nmake I'm using?  Is setting the correct path for each enough to properly test this or does it need to point to the different SDK as well?
