[CMake] [CPACK RPM] intermediate directories

Hello,
When I generate a RPM with cpack (cmake 2.6), intermediate directories are
include in the package :

rpm -qpl test.rpm
/etc
/etc/init.d
/etc/init.d/file

How can I remove these folders?
