[CMake] CMake / UNC and long path

Hi there,

  Does anyone knows how to create a directory on Win32 system ? I tried:

http://gdcm.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/gdcm/Sandbox/CMakeBug/11/CMakeLists.txt

  But it fails on my WinXP 32bits system.

Suggestion *very* welcome
