[CMake] CPACK_SOURCE_IGNORE_FILES

Why do you put a "/" in front of \\\\.ncb$
Could you try:
set(CPACK_SOURCE_IGNORE_FILES "/Build/;/\\\\.hg/;/\\\\.svn/;\\\\.ncb$" )

however I agree with other comment that say that you should build
out of source:
