[CMake] Trouble starting ctest run with intention of reportingto dashboard

OK. You have a correct CTestConfig.cmake now.
Is it at the top level of your source tree? (In
"${CTEST_SOURCE_DIRECTORY}"?)
Do you "include(CTest)" in your CMakeLists.txt file?
