[CMake] Problems C/C++ system headers and Eclipse Generator

Yes, I deleted the CMake cache, and after this didn't work also the
build directory, and after that also the whole Eclipse workspace.
Nothing helped :-(

@tyler: thanks, I didn't notice that I didn't reply to the list. I
